Thank you for choosing Pet.Spirit. We are committed to delivering your memorial keepsakes with care and transparency. Below is our shipping policy for all international orders.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

As our products undergo a final quality check (including the light module and custom photo placement), processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 12 to 15 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

While we strive for timely delivery, international transit can occasionally be affected by customs procedures or extreme weather.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)

No Hidden Fees: We are proud to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to our customers in the United States and select regions.

Pre-paid Duties: Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are included in your final purchase price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

In the rare event that a carrier mistakenly requests a customs payment, please contact us immediately at calvingg9595@gmail.com before paying.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pet.Spirit is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (such as missing apartment numbers or incorrect zip codes).

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, please contact our support team at calvingg9595@gmail.com.

We will work closely with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
